Our award winning program educates participants to understand
the harmful effects of prejudice, discrimination and oppression.
This program will increase awareness and begin to teach specific
skills to strengthen an individual's ability to interrupt discrimination
and oppression.
Conflict Resolution
An interactive program that teaches participants to locate
the underlying issues in any conflict situation and to utilize
effective communication
skills in resolution.
Violence Prevention
The Violence Prevention program provides an opportunity for
participants to become aware of the cycle of violence, other's
experience of mistreatment and to learn intervention skills.
Organizational Affiliates
and Community Teams
A team that is trained and developed in your business or organization
will receive on-going support and training from NCBI. Your
in-house team will be a resource for creating a climate where
all groups are included and model the NCBI Leadership Skills.

Insitute
(Train the Trainer Program)
In this advanced intensive leadership training program, participants
begin to learn the many skills necessary for reducing discrimination
and oppression and inter-group conflict. Individualized teaching
is offered in small learning groups as they practice NCBI Skills.
